Disney's Summer Jam

This was the promotional event for movies Pirates of the Carribean 4 and Cars 2. The event had four zones in the mall that lent the Disney experience and interaction. Three flanking zones, Pirates of the Caribbean, Disney Princess and Cars 2 were spread out across the mall. I mainly worked on the Cars zone.
Brief: To design a racing track for remote control (RC) cars for conducting races.
Concept: Taking inspiration from the Piston cup, the race track was designed. It had elements from the first Cars movie, like cozy cones, Radiator Springs, etc. Characters from the new movie were introduced using panels.
The set was 20 feet x 15 feet in dimensions.
